The photographs on this page were not taken with a digital camera, but with a 15-year-old Olympus OM-10. At some point in our travels we lost the negatives, and these images were scanned from prints.

| Fresh coconuts which are not overripe contain a lot of nearly-clear "coconut milk", which is delicious, and a thin layer of translucent jelly around the inside of the "nut". You have to chop away a lot of outer husk to get at the nut. |
